NPF Integration
  • Updated

NIAA WEB

  • Ticket parked to Product Ops with NIAA RGS, NIAA Sessions and Price Per Sessions mentioned.
  • NIAA RGS Google Sheet must contain the course structures, content and user flow.
  • Basic NIAA Flow contains lead details such as Email, Mobile Number and Name. Other information such as Course, State etc. can also be captured in the NIAA lead flow.
  • In case NIAA content is not shared by the college team, Product Ops will create and share the content.
  • NIAA content will be shared for college team approval on the same ticket itself.
  • Once content confirmation is received, Product Ops team will update estimated timeline on the ticket for delivery.
  • Once the chatbot is ready, NIAA Go Live Sheet will be shared along with the NIAA Code.
  • Once NIAA is live on the website, it should be informed on the ticket by the CS owner.

 

NIAA WhatsApp

  • To initiate NIAA WhatsApp implementation, WhatsApp Number approval on Kaleyra is mandatory. The ticket will be parked to Nimit for it.
  • Once WhatsApp Number is approved, a ticket will be parked to Sahil Dash or Krishna for NIAA WhatsApp delivery.
  • Ticket parked to Product Ops with NIAA RGS, NIAA Sessions and Price Per Sessions mentioned.
  • NIAA content will be shared for the college team's approval on the ticket itself.
  • Once content confirmation is received, the Product Ops team will update the estimated timeline on the delivery ticket.
  • Once NIAA will be live on the website, it should be informed on the ticket by CS owner.

 

NIAA Facebook

  • Ticket parked to Product Ops with NIAA RGS, NIAA Sessions and Price Per Sessions mentioned.
  • NIAA content will be shared for the college team approval on the ticket itself.
  • Once content confirmation is received, Product Ops team will update estimated timeline on the ticket for delivery.
  • Once NIAA is live on the website, it should be informed on the ticket by CS owner.
  • The college has to log in to their Facebook account from NPF Panel.

 

 

 

NIAA Facebook Permissions:

Below mentioned permissions must be given to the college team so that college can login their Facebook account from the NPF counsellor login.

 

Step 1: Login NPF and Visit FormDesk > Manage Institute > Edit:

Step 4: Enable the “NIAA” Module

 

 

 

 

Step 5 : Go to “Manage Permission” and select the group:

 

 

 

Step 6: Select the “Marketing Automation” and enable “NIAA” permission:
