What Raw data is?
Raw data is the data of Prospective students that fall under the Target Group for a Particular Institute. The major difference between RAW data and Leads is that the contacts in RAW data have not shown any intent (attempted to register or fill up a form or even made an enquiry) for that particular Institute.
Example: For an Institute which offers Engineering programs, the data of students who have appeared for IIT-JEE fall in this category.
Similarly, for an Institute that offers MBA/PGDM courses the data of all the students that have appeared for an entrance like MAT or CAT fall under this category. All the students who appeared for the exam might not necessarily be interested in applying for the particular Institute.
You can send a communication in Bulk or individually to the contacts in the Raw data list.
Bulk communication
- To select all the contacts in the list, click on the checkbox in the header
- Click on Action and select "Send Email or SMS"
Individual communication
Click on the action button at the end of the contacts name and then select "Send Email or SMS"
From the dialogue box that opens, select the Predefined Template and click on Send Now

How to use filters in raw data?
To filter out the data based on what we uploaded search using the details in the search bar available or click on Advanced Search
Using the Search Bar
You can either search with a name or tag or email id or mobile number of the contact in the list and click on search.

To filter out based on the data we uploaded click on Advanced search below the search bar
All criteria will show you the contacts which satisfy all the conditions. We can filter using the values which we uploaded
Example: This will show the contacts which have both Mobile Number and State value
Any criteria will show you the contacts which satisfy any one of the conditions given. We can filter using the values which we uploaded
Example: This will show the contacts which have either Mobile Number or State value
Filter based on the status
- Select the Institute Name
- If there are many lists, you can choose the list name from the drop-down
- Lead status(Email):
- Registered - To filter out the registered contacts
- Verified - To filter out the contacts who have verified their Email ID
- Unverified - To filter out the contacts who have not yet verified their Email ID
- Lead status(Mobile):
- Registered: To filter out the registered contacts
- Not Registered: To filter out the contacts who have not yet registered
- Date Filter: We can filter out the contacts based on the date on when they were uploaded
