What is Leads by device dashlets ?
The chart helps us to see the number of leads generated via a particular device type. It helps in taking decision that in which view the candidate is spending more time, so that we can focus more in the innovation in context to that device.
1) Step-1 For knowing about the particular date range or period we need to select the date range and press apply as shown in the below picture. it will help to filter out the range and provide you a filtered data (e.g-1st April to 20 may 2020)
2) Step-2 we need to select the publisher/ channel from the filter to view device level report corresponding to each publisher/channel. we have a type named NA so it denotes that the leads which are originated via API, telephony and offline (as they are not coming via device )
3) step-3 We can see from the chart the percentage that is denoted in a particular device. we have a function to deselect the option from the button or by clicking in the chart it get separated and gives a proper visualize look,which helps to get a clear view with numbers
How to Navigate
Step1) Navigate to menu > dashboard > admin dashboard
Step 2) select the college > add dashlets > Lead to device dashhlet (check the checkbox).
