What is Leads by device dashlets?
We have 4 sub-heading under it :
1) Today's follow up : the follow-ups which are updated by the counselor on which they have work today are under this tab.
2) Upcoming follow-up : the follow-up which are scheduled for the future dates comes into this category, as counselors can look into it and get to know which are the scheduled follow up for the future and according to the priority the follow-ups can be picked up. Edit Follow up - Any upcoming followup can be edited and scheduled for the future as per the scenario
3) Overdue follow-up : The follow ups who's due date is passed comes under these category
4) Completed: All the completed marked follow-up will be shown in this category it states that the follow-ups has been done from counselors end.
>We can also download the data for further reference so, we are just one step away we just need to click in the download icon and we will be able to download the data in CSV format.
How to Navigate
Menu > dashboard > admin dashboard
Select the college > add dashlets > Counselor follow up dashlets (check the checkbox).
