NoPaperForms' Token Fee is a frictionless and hassle-free mode of collecting fees for you and your applicants! It streamlines the entire flow online and also provides flexibility at the same time to record offline payments in the system.
Well, we don't suggest payment be done Offline but in case they are, don't worry we have that sorted too!
Follow the following simple steps to record Offline Payments to keep all your payment related info at one single place - Your NoPaperForms Account.
Step 1) Navigate to Payment Manager > Purchase Summary from the left main navigation bar
Step 2) Click on the Filter option
a) Choose the “Form”
For Instance: UG Application Form, PG Application form or for that matter “MBA Application Form” or “BBA Application Form”
b) Select the fee – Token Fees or by whatever name you have configured the Token Fee. For example, Hostel Fee, First Installment Fees etc, the same name will appear in the dropdown
C) Select the status of Payment as “Payment Pending”
d) Click on “Apply”
Step 3) The name of the applicant with payment pending will appear, search by “Email or Mobile”
Step 4 ) Click on the Action cork
Select “Mark Payment as offline”
- Check the Application number is of the applicant you want to record details for
- "Token Fee" you want to record details
- Enter additional information in the remark section
- Click "Mark as Payment Approved"
Viola, it's done!
NOTE: The payment for the token fee cannot be marked in bulk, in order to mark single, you have to search the Applicant via “Email or Mobile”. We can also mark payment approved for candidates who have not initiated the payment by searching by their application number in the filter.
