Once you upload a single lead or leads in bulk offline from the lead import feature in the lead manager, you might also need to look into a log or report to have an idea about the status of the activity done. In order to do that follow the below steps:
1) Navigate to Leads Manager > Offline Upload Logs
2) On clicking on Offline Upload Logs, it opens up a window that says "Import Report". On this page you will find a set of filters that will help you to find the data easily. Select your institute and you need to select the values as per your choice and click on "Search". If you wish to see all the uploaded data in the system just select the Institute's name and keep the rest of the fields blank.
3) Once you click on Search, it will show all the reports on the data that has been uploaded in the system/lead manager.
Import Date & Time: It tells you the date and time when the lead was added to the system.
Uploaded With: It tells you if the lead was uploaded with Email address or Mobile number.
Upload Type: It can be of two types - New leads(unique leads introduced to the system for the first time) or Update leads(existing leads with new information).
Import Status: It gives you an idea if the import was done successfully or not. In case the import was successful it shows "complete".
Imported By: Name of the person who uploaded the lead into the system.
Lead Processed: Number of leads that have been processed/worked upon by the system.
Successfully Imported Lead: Number of leads that have been uploaded successfully into the system.
Duplicate Lead: If the lead is already in the system and uploaded again with the same details (Email Id or Mobile No.) it will be marked as duplicate. These counts are clickable and download a report in CSV format.
Failed Lead: The number of leads that couldn't be uploaded due so some reason like incorrect email address etc. These counts are clickable and download a report in CSV format.
Updated lead: The number of leads that were already present in the system, but was being uploaded with some extra information, it gets appended to the existing lead and is updated in the system.
NOTE: Duplicate lead and the Failed lead count is clickable. once you Click on the number it will download an Excel file in CSV format.
