How To Configure Application Stage
Navigate to > Setting > Institute Configuration > Application Stage Configuration
Clicking on Application Stage Configuration a page named “Application Stage Configuration”, will open.
Click on “Filter”, on top right side.
Enter the “Institute Name” along with the “Form Name”
And click on “Apply”
A page named “Application Stage Configuration” will open.
Under the title “Configure Application Stage”, Stage 1 you’ll get the drop-down of all the default Application Stage.
You need to select the value against each stage and choose “Follow Up Mandatory” as Yes or No, whichever applicable.
Yes: If we choose the “Follow Up Mandatory” as yes, whenever, the counselor adds the Application stage he/she has to add a Follow-Up
No: No, Follow-Up needs to be added against the Applicant.
Similarly, you need to select a value (Yes/No) against “Sub – Stage Mandatory”
Yes: The Counselor has to select an Application Sub-Stage after adding any Application Stage against the Applicant.
No: No Application Sub-Stage needs to be added after adding Application Stage against the Applicant.
