Apart from creating leads online, we can also upload offline leads from the system. This can be done in two ways: using Email id only or Mobile Number only.
Upload Bulk leads only with Mobile number-
- Navigate to Leads Manager > Manage leads.
- On the top right corner, there is a icon named as Import and on clicking on it a drop down comes.
- We choose Bulk Offline Upload if we are required to upload offline leads in a large number.
- After clicking that tab, we are redirected to the page where we need to choose the Institute and medium as mobile.
- Below this are certain set of guidelines come where we have a link to a .CSV file named as Download Sample data. This file contains a list of pre-defined parameters that are required to fill in the details for an offline lead upload. Please read the instructions very carefully.
- When we will download the sample data then a excel sheet will be downloaded with some credentials that has to be filled
- After filling in the records in the. csv file, we simply go on the next button and upload that csv file . and the details of the form and counselor has to be filled here
- At last Click on the Upload button and all the offline bulk records get uploaded into the system.
