User activity tells about all the actions performed by a particular user for the task that has been assigned to them
To check user activity we have to follow the below steps:
- Navigate to User Access Control > Users Activity
- We can check Users Activity Logs in two ways:
a) By simply entering the name of the user we are looking for in the Search Tab. This will give you whole list activities done by the user
b) By using filters, you will see a set of default filters such as Select College, User role, Module name, Actions, and Select Date Range.
- Once you have ticked (selected) all the required filters, the selected filters can be seen in the filter panel. Choose the required filter criteria. Click Search to show the required data.
- Once you click on the search button, you will receive all the detailed records of every user like what all actions have been performed by the user in total. You can also download the complete report by clicking on the Download Activity button on the upper right side of the records
