The following document will give a snapshot of the Query Management System of NoPaperForms Platform. This feature will give a detailed view of the number of queries raised by the students and how effectively they are being handled under different headings for better bifurcations.

Query Manager and the filters present:
- Total Tickets: The total number of tickets received in the time period selected.
- Open Tickets: The total number of untouched tickets in the time period selected.
- In Progress Tickets: The total number of tickets that remained unresolved or in progress at the end of the time period selected. these are the tickets which are not full and final as the feedback is awaited for the same.
- Closed Tickets: The total number of tickets resolved or closed in the time period selected.
- Feedback Note Given: The total number of tickets for which feedback is not given by the applicant in the time period selected.
- Positive Feedback: The total number of tickets for which positive feedback is given by the applicant in the time period selected.
- Negative Feedback: The total number of tickets for which negative feedback is given by the applicant in the time period selected.
Filters of Query Management System
The Filter feature of The Query Management System helps in sorting and picking up the required query from the query pool. The following are the filters that are available.
- Select Institute: This field helps to choose the respective institution.
- Forms: This field helps to filter out queries according to the forms.
- Assigned To: This field helps to sort queries allocated to a particular user.
- Category: This helps to filter queries according to the categories of the queries chosen by the applicant, for example, Eligibility criteria, form corrections, etc.
- Status: This filter helps to organize and filter queries according to their status of completion like Open, Closed, In Progress, etc.
- Select date: This filter can be used to filter queries based on the date range on which query was generated.
- Enter Email id: This field is to filter queries according to the respective email id.
- Enter Mobile No: This field is to filter queries according to the respective mobile number
