Offline Campaign Tags are used to map offline lead/s with their appropriate source/s. This mapping helps the institute keep track of how different campaigns are performing and take decisions accordingly. Only one among independent and dependent tags will be active at a point of time.
Navigate to Setting > Institute Configurations > Offline Campaign Tags.
Offline Campaign Tags web-page will open.
Select your Institute and click Search.
A checkbox will be visible. Ensure that this is selected to enable offline campaign tags.
Two tabs titled Dependent and Independent can be seen. Click on the Independent tab.
Three text-boxes for filling Source Tags, Medium Tags, and Campaign Tags are present. Enter the required data. The different tags within the same text-box should be comma-separated.
Click on Save to save offline tag configuration.
To create Dependent offline tags:
Navigate to Setting > Institute Configurations > Offline Campaign Tags.
Offline Campaign Tags web-page will open.
Select your institute and click Search.
A checkbox will be visible. Ensure that this is selected to enable offline campaign tags.

Type the required Source in the "Add New Source" text box and click on Add.
A pop-up will open showing Source creation status. Close the pop-up. You can see
To edit a source name,click on Edit button, . To add a Medium for a Source, click in Add Medium button, . To delete a source, click on the Delete button, . To list the medium/s of a particular source, click on List Medium button, .
Once you click on Add Medium button, A text-box "Medium" will be visible. Type in the required medium and click on Save.
Once you add a medium, similar options as available for Source such as edit, add, delete and list also be visible for the medium, . You may add more medium/s for the same source by clicking on the Add Medium button, .
To add a campaign name for a medium, click on the Add Name option present in the options for medium, .
