Counsellor dashboard provides insights to the counsellor about the leads that have been assigned to them. This can be accessed by going to Counsellor Dashboard from the Dashboard sidebar.
Counsellor Dashboard:

Allocation Snapshot: This graph shows the total leads and/or application assigned to the counsellor.

Lead Stage Segregation: This chart shows the segregation of leads between stages and untouched leads.
Note: Untouched Leads which haven't been upgraded to a higher stage or not followed up or for which no note has been added. -
Application Stage Segregation: This chart shows the segregation of applications between stages and untouched applications. You may choose the form from top right corner of this block.
Note: Untouched Applications that haven’t been upgraded to a higher stage or not followed-up or for which no note has been added.

You May filter the data according to your convinient date range. The data can also be downloaded from the right corner of the block. -
Activity Feeds: This field tells you about all the activities done by the counselor. You can find all the call recordings of the calls made and received.

Follow-up Calendar: Allows you to set up dates for follow up.
Productivity Report:
Counsellor Productivity is a quick snapshot view of a counsellor's performance. The report lists counsellor name and statistics for various parameters. The data can be filtered for the various date ranges and downloaded as CSV too.

Follow Up Task:
It helps to track follow-ups across a period of time. The following are the various sections of the Follow-Up Task section

Today’s Follow-up: Shows the leads/applicants who should be followed up for the day.

Upcoming Follow-up: The follow-ups that have been scheduled.

Overdue Follow-up: The follow-ups that were scheduled but never completed.
