How to send a Test Communication?

You may send test communication on an Email Address/ Mobile Number to see how the communication looks from the receiver's end. 

The first few steps are common for both test email and test SMS communication:

  1. Navigate to Leads Manager > Manage Leads.
  2. Click Search to view leads.
  3. Select at least two leads.
  4. Click Action drop-down present above the leads table and click on Communicate.

 To send a test Email communication

  1. A Pop up will open, choose the email symbol there and select the predefined Template or create a new template as required.
  2. Select Send Test Email, from the button present at the bottom of communication pop-up.

  3. Fill in the required email address and click on the Send Email button to receive test communication.

To send a test SMS communication

  1. A Pop up will open, choose the message symbol and select the predefined Template.
  2. Select Send Test SMS, from Action button present at the bottom of communication pop-up.                             fhgjbknlm_.png
  3. Fill in the required Mobile Number and click on Send SMS button to receive test communication.
