Click on Upload New Document Tab present at the top right corner of the screen.
Select institute and give an appropriate title to the image you are about to upload. Note: You may select the form you want this image to be associated with and where you want this image to be shown. This is optional.
Select the file you want to upload.
Click on the Save button present at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Your image has now been uploaded into the system. You will be redirected to a page with list of all the existing uploaded document. Current Upload will be the first on this list.
You may upload multiple images by following the same steps as above.
Document Path of any document/image is the document URL, shown selected in the above image. You will need this URL to insert images into the Template.
To create a Template
Navigate to Template Manager> Manage Communicate Template.
Click on Create Communication Template present on the top right corner of the screen.
Select Template Name, this will be reflected in your template records for your reference.
Select Select College Name
Select Template Applicable for. This field is non editable once selected for a particular Template.
Select Email in Template for drop-down
Select Promotional in Nature of Template drop-down.
Enter Subject for the email.
Fill in the required body for the email in the Content section. You may either fill in the content directly using the present font and paragraph tools along with tokens or insert html source using the source feature, .
Move the cursor, within the email content, to wherever you want to insert the image. Then click on the Image button, , present in the top panel. A pop-up will open.
Paste the Document Path, document URL , in the URL text box shown above. Click on OK button to insert the image. Now you may complete the content of the email.
You can also add attachments to the mail by clicking Choose Files option present below the content of the email. The combined file size should not exceed 5 MB.
Select User from the drop down available. Note: Make sure you have added yourself/appropriate user(s) in the Select User section, Otherwise you/concerned user(s) will not have access to the template.
Click on Create button present at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Click Yes to confirm the Template applicable for selection. You have successfully created an email template.
