This article will suggest how we can delete a Raw Data List from our systems.
We will learn the following:
- Deleting a Single Raw Data List
- Deleting Multiple Raw Data Lists
- Deleting a Single Contact in a Raw data List
To begin with, navigate to the Manage List section under Marketing Tab.
Scenario 1: Deleting a Single Raw Data List
Step 1: Click on the Action Buttonon the right side of the Raw data list you want to delete, and select Delete
Step 2: Type ‘Delete 1 Record’ to confirm exactly as shown in red and press Delete.
Step 3: You will get a dialogue box confirming that you want to delete this Raw Data list . Click on Yes to confirm.
Result: Your selected Raw data list will now be deleted from the system.
Scenario 2: Deleting Multiple Raw Data Lists
Step 1: Select the number of Raw data Lists you want to delete.
Step 2: Click on the Action button on the top right and select Delete.
Step 3: Type ‘Delete x Records’ to confirm exactly as shown in red and press Delete.
Note: ‘x’ is the number of Applications you want to delete.
Step 3: You will get a dialogue box confirming that you want to delete these Raw Data Lists . Click on Yes to confirm.
Result: Your selected Raw Data Lists will now be deleted from the system.

Scenario 3: Deleting a Single Contact in a Raw data List
Step 1: Select the number of Applications you want to delete.
Step 2: Click on the Action button on the top right and select Delete.
Step 3: Type ‘Delete x Records’ to confirm exactly as shown in red and press Delete.
Note: ‘x’ is the number of Raw Data you want to delete.
Step 3: You will get a dialogue box confirming that you want to delete these Raw Data . Click on Yes to confirm.
Result: Your selected Raw Data will now be deleted from the system.
This is how easy it is to delete any unwanted Raw Data from our systems.
Note: You cannot Copy and Paste the ‘Delete x Records’ command. It has to be manually entered.
