Marketing Automation is a module designed by NoPaperForms to help institutes nurture leads and enhance student enrollments effectively and efficiently across multiple channels i.e. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Telephony.
Start Date of Automation:
The automation start date defines the stipulated date & time at which the automation will start catering to the leads in full swing. Further, once automation is published then the start date can't be edited.
End Date of Automation:
The automation end date refers to the exact date & time when it will finish. Once the end date passes, the automation will be marked completed automatically. With that said, the end date can be reduced or extended at any point in time before the automation gets completed.
Here is a step-by-step process as to how we can extend the automation end date as per our requirements.
Step 1: First, go to the Marketing section and choose "Manage Automation".
Step 2: Afterwards, you will see an entire list of Marketing automation for the institute.
Step 3: Now, click on the "Action" button present against the automation you wish to extend and click on 'Edit'.
Step 4: Now, Go to the action button of the Parent node (Blue node) and click on "Edit".
Step 5: Now, the "Edit Automation Settings" panel will appear in front of you.
Step 6: Next click on the "Automation Ends On" button to see the calendar and select the date & time you want the automation to extend. and "Save" the configuration.
Step-7: Next, click on the 'Publish' button present at the bottom of the Automation workflow.
Your automation is now successfully re-published with the new extended date of automation.
